Phone call home and entry into Infinite Campus)<\/p>\n<p>3rd\u00a0\u00a0 Disciplinary referral to appropriate assistant principal.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SEVERE DISRUPTION OR CHRONIC MISBEHAVIOR WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REFERRAL APPROPRIATE ADMINISTRATOR.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>ISS\/OSS is available only once to a DVA student. If behavior issues continue,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>the student will lose the opportunity to attend DVA.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jyyrofmb-1-6447104f1be9442184b190e2fcb3ee8f '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Plagiarism<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0Consequences of plagiarism at Da Vinci Academy (6th, 7th, and 8th grade classes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>First Offense<\/u>\u2013 Parent contacted and assignment redone with careful attention to originality. (Teacher discretion as to the grade on the assignment)<\/li>\n<li><u>Second Offense<\/u>\u2013 Parent conference, administrator informed, and assignment redone with careful attention to originality.
